Useful tips: what to do in order not to get sick?
Autumn is the time of mass diseases (flu, colds). I think everyone wondered: what would be done so as not to get sick? But before answering this question, it’s worth understanding why we are generally ill.
There are at least five causes of diseases in modern man. First of all, this is stress. According to average statistics, the largest number of sick leave is issued on Monday – the most stressful day of the week, and the smallest – on Friday. Indeed, stress is a direct way to weaken human immunity. Constant stress during the day, which is also associated with a change in the light regime in the fall (late dawn, early sunset), leads to the vulnerability of the body’s protective organs.
The second reason is our subconscious. Admit it, it is often so annoying to get up early every morning, rush through traffic jams to work, load yourself with a lot of things. The self-hypnosis mode is turned on, subconsciously we want to get sick, find a way to change the difficult daily routine. We randomly get caught in the wind, in cold rooms with powerful air conditioners, get wet, and then get sick.
Also, the cause of our diseases can be an ordinary lack of attention. Sometimes there are times when one wants to feel the care of loved ones: packages with goodies, medicines, wishes for a speedy recovery, organization of complete peace, coziness and comfort. Everyone loves and waits for it, however, it is more like another method of manipulation.
In addition to psychological reasons, there are, of course, external ones. For example, severe cold. In autumn, this is expressed in a sharp change in weather conditions: it was warm, then immediately cold. As practice shows, the majority of the population is not ready for this. Out of habit, lightly dressed, we cool off, and the next day the first symptoms appear. But it’s more dangerous to face a slight cold. An inconspicuous draft, a working air conditioner – slowly but surely leads us to a state of illness, taking away strength in a long-term struggle to maintain normal body temperature.
Thus, both environmental factors and psychological factors cause the disease. Learning to fight both those and others!
Stress at work, internal protest are suppressed in two ways. The first and easiest – change jobs, get rid of the fact that you are so annoyed and jeopardized by the state of your health. The second way is motivation, a change in one’s attitude to the current situation. Sometimes the solution to stressful problems is the advice familiar to everyone – do not take it to heart, let it go! The simpler we are in relation to the events, the easier it is to cope with the obstacles that arise, and the bonus is a good mood and success. Motivation also plays a big role. Try to find at least 10 reasons to get up and go to do your job.
Lack of attention is easily compensated by a joint trip with people close to you to any event you are interested in. Going out is a cure for all diseases, your subconscious mind will require you to look and feel better than anyone. And love generally works wonders! So, one more tip – fall in love!
We fight with a strong and light cold by careful preparation: warming! At the first signs of hypothermia, find the quickest options to warm up and fall asleep in order to sleep as long as possible. Self-hypnosis will also help you. In the event of a cold, program yourself to maintain any temperature at normal temperatures, warming.
Of course, the faithful decision will be to prevent disease prevention. Do not forget about tempering by means of a contrast shower, regular and full sleep, warming drinks, “proper” clothes (according to the weather), visits to saunas, baths.
