More and more so-called diseases of aging humanity today are found in young patients. Almost in first place in terms of “rejuvenation rates” are osteochondrosis of the spine, cholelithiasis, varicose veins and rheumatoid arthritis. Why are these senile ailments attacking the young? And is it possible to withstand this onslaught?

The desired corset is not formed

Previously, spinal osteochondrosis was found mainly in people “over forty”. Now the intervertebral discs are beginning to “age” already in adolescents. Complications of osteochondrosis, such as hernias of the intervertebral discs, are found even in 13-14 year old children. Naturally, all these problems safely pass into adulthood. The reasons are simple. Children play little sports, rarely play outdoor games on the street. Modern schoolchildren sit for hours at school in lessons, and at home – playing at the computer. Many children and adolescents are overweight.

As a result, the muscle corset needed by the spine is not formed. Drives experience unbearable stress, and therefore wear out quickly. But sports are not always a panacea for osteochondrosis. For example, figure skating, high jumps, bobsledding or weightlifting can, on the contrary, provoke problems with intervertebral discs.

Also, metabolic disorders, a lack of trace elements and vitamins often lead to osteochondrosis.

Physical therapy helps

You need to be careful about the complaints of a child or young man about back pain. And if the discomfort is repeated – examine him at the doctor. You may need to study the spine using magnetic resonance imaging. Physical therapy is the best way to prevent osteochondrosis of the spine. It is mandatory if a person is not involved in the sports section and is overweight. The best sport for the spine is swimming. Of the varieties of fitness, preference should be given to Pilates.

It is advisable for young women to start fitness and physiotherapy exercises at least 6-9 months before the planned pregnancy. The spine of expectant mothers has a serious load, and during gestation, an exacerbation of osteochondrosis is possible. And, of course, during the formation of the skeleton, you can not give an excessive load to the spine of adolescents. This is especially true for young men. Cholelithiasis

Often gallstones cause weight loss diets and periods of fasting. Long intervals between meals, low-carb diets lead to thickening of bile and its precipitation.

Recent studies show that every third pregnant woman has problems with the gallbladder. First of all, this is due to the fact that the uterus presses on nearby organs and does not allow the bubble to contract. In addition, hormonal changes lead to an increase in cholesterol, as a result of which bile becomes more concentrated.

In infants and preschoolers, too early a transfer to artificial feeding plays a role in the formation of sand and stones in the gallbladder. As well as viral diseases, intestinal infections and dysbiosis in the first months and years of life. Adversely affects the state of the gallbladder is not appropriate for age nutrition. How to warn?
