But it turns out that too high growth is not always good, because serious problems can develop because of it. A recent study confirmed this again.

Of course, the concept of normal growth is a relative concept, and depends on heredity and some other life factors. The average height of women on the planet is 1.54 m and men – 1.65 m. If a man grows above two meters and a woman taller than 1.90 m, there is reason to check your health with an endocrinologist.
