Senile ailments attack young
More and more so-called diseases of aging humanity today are found in young patients. Almost in first place in terms of “rejuvenation rates” are osteochondrosis of the spine, cholelithiasis, varicose veins and rheumatoid arthritis. Why are these senile ailments attacking the young? And is it possible to withstand this onslaught?
The desired corset is not formed
Previously, spinal osteochondrosis was found mainly in people “over forty”. Now the intervertebral discs are beginning to “age” already in adolescents. Complications of osteochondrosis, such as hernias of the intervertebral discs, are found even in 13-14 year old children. Naturally, all these problems safely pass into adulthood. The reasons are simple. Children play little sports, rarely play outdoor games on the street. Modern schoolchildren sit for hours at school in lessons, and at home – playing at the computer.
